Nevertheless, the way ARRA was drafted and promulgated, funding ceased, by law, as I and many others have been lead to believe, September 31, 2010. If this is indeed not the case and the Act was at some point revised in order to allow Assistance to continue beyond FYE2010, a link to the Statute (or Promulgating Authority) would be greatly appreciated.
